By downloading, installing, or using PicPeep ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

PicPeep is a photo-taking application that provides pose overlay templates and peer-to-peer camera sharing features. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

• PicPeep offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Peep Pro Pack") that unlocks additional templates, filters, and features.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• The Peep Pro Pack is a one-time purchase and does not expire.
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

• All photos taken with PicPeep are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your photos.
• We do not claim any rights to photos taken using the App.
• You are responsible for the content you create and share using the App.

• PeepView enables peer-to-peer camera sharing between two devices using local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
• Both users must consent to the connection. You should only connect with people you know and trust.
• We are not responsible for any content shared through the PeepView feature.

The App, including its design, graphics, mascot characters, and pose templates, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App's content without our permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
